I offer a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Swedish, Trigger Point, and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT). Often, I combine these methods to provide a well-rounded experience: Swedish techniques help to promote relaxation, while Trigger Point and NMT are particularly effective in reducing muscle pain and tension.
Each massage treatment is tailored to your specific needs. For instance, if you spend long hours working at a computer, we might focus on your back, neck, and arms. Or, if you’re an avid hiker, we can include targeted work on your legs and feet to support your active lifestyle. If you're seeking a tranquil, pampering massage, I can provide that too.

If you're feeling chilly, dislike the music, or need adjustments to pressure or technique, please don't hesitate to let me know.
